Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment verification.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During promotional events, seasonal collections, or periods of high demand, processing may require additional time. If a significant delay occurs, our customer support team will notify you by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Occasionally, Sonnarya may offer promotional free shipping campaigns. Any active promotion will automatically appear during checkout when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours before becoming visible within the carrier's system.


Delivery Partners

To ensure dependable delivery, Sonnarya works with trusted international logistics providers and local delivery companies depending on the destination country.

The carrier responsible for the final delivery may vary according to your location.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:

  • delivery delays may occur;
  • additional shipping costs may apply;
  • undeliverable parcels may be returned to our logistics partner.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address modifications can only be made before shipment.


Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, please contact us.

Our support team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Investigations generally require between 5 and 15 business days depending on the courier.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of both the package and the products.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

Each claim is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.


Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Split Shipments

To reduce delivery times and improve inventory availability, multiple items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately.

If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking information when available.


Delivery Delays

Unexpected circumstances outside our control—including customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or local carrier delays—may affect estimated delivery times.

While we continuously monitor shipments, these situations cannot always be prevented.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, any return shipping or handling costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Children's Dancewear Notice

Sonnarya specializes in children's dancewear and performance clothing. We encourage customers to verify sizing carefully before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit for rehearsals, competitions, performances, and everyday dance practice.
